The website www.nomadfestival.es (the "Website") belongs to Nomadfestival Mediterráneo, SLU, with registered office at Ronda Maiols 1 local 110-112, 08192 Sant Quirze del Vallès, Barcelona (Spain), with CIF B-66745134 , registered in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona in Volume 45308, folio 60, sheet 483645 and with contact email info@nomadfestival.es (hereinafter, Nomad Festival).

The access and use of the website by users is regulated by the terms and conditions contained in this document entitled "Conditions of Use and Purchase" (hereinafter, the Conditions), as well as by the Cookies Policy and the Privacy Policy , which are incorporated into the Terms by reference. Before using this website, please read carefully the Conditions as well as the Cookies Policy and the Privacy Policy.

Without limiting the above, the fact of accessing and / or using the Website implies that the user has read and accepts without reservation the terms contained in the "Terms of Use" section of these conditions, which regulate in particular the terms and conditions applicable to access and use of the Website. Therefore, the user who does not agree in whole or in part with the conditions of use must refrain from using the Website.

In addition, these Conditions include in the "Conditions of Purchase" section the terms and conditions of purchase of tickets for the Nomad Festival Xperience Riudecols event. When purchasing tickets, the user must accept the Conditions. If you do not agree with them, you must refrain from purchasing tickets through the website.

Nomad Festival reserves the right to modify, expand or reduce the contents and services offered through the website at any time, as well as its configuration. In addition, Nomad Festival may change or revise, in whole or in part, the terms of the Conditions. Purchase conditions

This section establishes the terms and conditions applicable to the purchase of tickets made on the Website. If you do not purchase tickets, this section does not apply to you.

1. Process of acquiring tickets on the website

From the acquisition of a ticket for the Nomad Festival L'Avellana Riudecols, it will not be changed, nor will its amount be returned, except in the cases expressly regulated in these General Conditions.

 

On the website you can buy tickets for the Nomad Festival Riudecols. In the "tickets" section you can see the different types of tickets and passes available for purchase, as well as the conditions governing access to the Nomad Festival Xperience Riudecols festival. 

Please note that children under the age of two can enter the festival for free.

Residents of Riudecols will also have free entry. They will have to prove themselves with their ID or official document that proves it at the ticket office.

      Purchase process:

1. First, choose the day you want to come. Next, the type of ticket you want to buy. Next to each entry you will have a detailed description of its characteristics. All entries are subject, in addition to the terms specific to the entry type described next to the entry type. 

2. Once you have selected all the tickets you wish to buy, the next step is to process the order by providing the information that is requested of you (name and surname and email) and that is necessary to make the purchase. We will also ask you to accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Likewise, you can request to receive our newsletter and / or our commercial communications to be informed of everything that happens at Nomad Festival.

3. Before proceeding to make the payment, you can review the data provided to avoid errors in the purchase of tickets. However, if after making the payment you notice any error, please contact us immediately throughinfo@nomadfestival.esto try to solve it.

4. Payment will be made by means of Bizum or bank card (among those available) through the secure payment gateway of Entitat Banc de Sabadell. Nomad Festival does not have access to the data you provide to make the payment.

5. The purchase will only be effective when Nomad Festival receives payment confirmation from the bank that owns the secure payment gateway. If, for some reason, the transaction is refused by the bank or was partially completed, the order will not be processed and you will be informed.

6. Once the payment is confirmed and the purchase completed, you will receive the automatic confirmation of the purchase as well as the tickets by email. You don't need to print the tickets, you can show them on your mobile.

2. Prices, form of payment and invoicing
The tickets indicate the selling price in euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT), providing detailed information on the ticket price.

Payment will be made by bank card through the secure payment gateway of Banco de Sabadell. Payment can be made with one of the indicated bank cards.

By accepting the Conditions, you expressly authorize us to issue the simplified invoice in electronic form. If you want an invoice (electronic or paper) write to us atinfo@nomadfestival.eswith the necessary data to issue it as well as indicating whether you prefer it electronically or on paper.

3. Returns
In accordance with the applicable regulations, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal or resolution in relation to the purchase of tickets. Therefore, once tickets have been purchased, they will not be exchanged or refunded, except for reasons provided for by law (see cancellation and substantial alteration).
The impossibility of attending the festival does not entitle you to a refund or exchange.
It is important that before buying tickets you make sure of the type of ticket and the number you want to purchase, as you will not be able to exchange or return them. However, if during the purchase process once the payment has been made, you notice any error, please contact us immediately throughinfo@nomadfestival.esto try to solve it.

Only in case of cancellation of the Nomad Festival L'Avellana Riudecols festival, this will be grounds for refund of the ticket amount, unless the cancellation is due to fortuitous causes or force majeure. In case of cancellation of the festival without the above causes, the refund can be requested within fifteen (15) days from the date of the public communication of the cancellation of the festival. After this period, no returns will be accepted.

Nomad Festival reserves the right to make changes to the program planned for the festival or to cancel or change the day of certain events or performances, without this giving the right to any compensation.

4. Conditions of use of tickets and access to the festival
Possession of the ticket does not entitle the holder or third parties to use it for advertising, marketing or promotional purposes, sweepstakes or contests, unless Nomad Festival grants its express authorization in writing.
The resale of tickets and ticket packs is prohibited. In the event of resale, the ticket will be confiscated or canceled without the right to a refund.

Access to the festival
For the access of children under two years of age and people with disabilities free of charge, they may be required to prove their condition at the entrance (presentation of the certificate or card attesting to the degree of impairment, presentation of the DNI or other official document). Parking is free, subject to space availability.

Nomad Festival may deny access to attendees in the event of detecting any anomaly in the tickets or other credentials. Any ticket, corporate invitation, pack or pass that is crumpled, torn or with signs of forgery or illegally acquired will authorize Nomad Festival to deprive attendees of access to the venue.
Nomad Festival may deny access to the festival to attendees who have a valid ticket due to capacity issues or justified security issues. In this case, the ticket can be used another day.

Nomad Festival is not responsible for the loss, damage or theft of tickets or credentials.
It is not allowed to enter the premises with food, drink, bottles, tins or dangerous objects.
Nomad Festival may refuse access to the venue or refuse to stay there to attendees in the event of non-compliance with these conditions of use and / or the safety or organizational instructions of Nomad Festival staff, as well as in the event that they may be in a state of intoxication or may reasonably presume that a situation of risk or danger will be created for the attendee himself or other attendees.
Attendees will be responsible in all cases for their own actions and omissions that cause damage or injury to property or third parties, as well as minors in their charge.
Nomad Festival assumes no responsibility in case of loss or theft of personal belongings.
Once the festival site has been accessed, in the event that it is abandoned due to rain or adverse weather conditions, the ticket used will not give the right to access the festival on another day.

Minors

At the Nomad Festival L'Avellana Riudecols event, all children under the age of 3 must pay the full entrance fee. Minors up to 15 years old (inclusive) must attend accompanied by an adult.

At the Nomad Festival L'Avellana Riudecols:
•Children from 0 to 2 years old (inclusive)they have free entry.
•Children aged 3 to 12 (inclusive)they have to pay the children's ticket of €6 (1-day ticket). They must attend accompanied by a father, mother or legal guardian and it will be mandatory to show the ticket at the indicated access control.
•Children under the age of 13, 14 and 15they must buy the normal ticket and attend accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
•Minors from 16 years of agethey must buy the normal ticket and will be able to enter the premises without an escort or any type of authorization.

At all times, both the accompanying person and the minor must carry their ID card or passport in case it is required by the organization's staff to prove their identity. During their stay in the premises, the companion will be responsible for any action taken by the minor.

In the case of foreigners, they must provide the appropriate documents from their country of origin.
The organization informs that current legislation expressly prohibits the sale of alcohol and tobacco to minors under the age of 18. 

Image right and intellectual property
 

NOMADFESTIVAL MEDITERRANEO SLUinforms that it will take photographs and/or videos during its events that will be incorporated into the record of processing activities in order to promote its activities and services.

The legitimate basis of this treatment is the legitimate interest of the person in charge and the correct provision of the service.
These images may be published on social networks, on the corporate website and in other external publications
such as blogs or magazines. Outside of these cases, your data will not be transferred to third parties except as required by law. International data transfers are also not foreseen.

However, the ticket holder acknowledges that they may appear in images taken inside the premises by different media for subsequent informative or promotional dissemination, and authorizes this use, which will be the responsibility of each media.
All image and intellectual property rights are reserved. Any filming, recording or reproduction inside the venue is prohibited except with the express authorization of the organization.
Such actions may result in a criminal or civil action for damages.

Doubts and complaint sheets
In case of doubt or query, information is available on the festival's website. Interested parties can request claim forms by email, which will also be available at the venue of the festival and at our registered office.
