The present general conditions of purchase indicated below regulate the conditions of sale of tickets for Nomad Festival Sabadell (hereinafter, the "Festival"), through our web portal hosted at the URL

In order to purchase tickets, it is essential to expressly accept the present general conditions of purchase and terms and conditions of service, which are applicable to the user who presents the ticket for access to the promoted site and organized by the company Nomadfestival Mediterrani, SLU, (hereinafter, the "Organization"), with registered office at Carrer Ramon Casas 4, 08192, Sant Quirze de Vallès, Barcelona, ​_d04a07d8-9cd1-3239 -9149-20813d6c673b_with CIF B66745134.


NOMAD FESTIVAL makes available to the user on its website an online channel for the purchase of tickets electronically.


During the online ticket purchase process, at a minimum, a personal identification of the purchaser and an email address to which proof of purchase and the ticket(s) purchased will be sent will be requested. NOMAD FESTIVAL will not be responsible in case of loss or theft of tickets purchased by the buyer.


The email address provided by the buyer will be used by NOMAD FESTIVAL to make any communication related to the ticket(s) purchased by the buyer. For this reason, communications sent by NOMAD FESTIVAL to this email address will be considered effectively notified to the buyer. NOMAD FESTIVAL is not responsible for the effects that may arise from the inaccuracy of the email address provided by the buyer.


If additional data is required during the ticket purchase process, these will be appropriately requested from the buyer. All personal data provided will be treated in accordance with the privacy policy available at this link:

During the process of buying tickets, the buyer can modify the purchase data until the moment before the confirmation of the purchase. Once the purchase is complete.

NOMAD FESTIVAL will duly inform users if it makes non-telematic means available to the buyer for the purchase of tickets.

The aFamily&Friends vouchers for 4 and 6 people will only be available on the web.  

2x1 promotion: promotion valid for the purchase of adult or child tickets. The promotion is valid for returning a second day to the Nomad Festival. Not valid for same day use. Ask for the second ticket when you arrive at the venue. Promotion not valid for the purchase of Family&Friends passes for 4 or 6 people.


Once the ticket has been purchased by the user, no changes or refunds will be accepted.


NOMAD FESTIVAL reserves the right to alter or modify the program of the event. In the event that the organization alters or modifies the schedule, the user will not have the right to claim a refund of the amount paid.


The total or partial cancellation of the event due to fortuitous causes or force majeure not attributable to NOMAD FESTIVAL will not result in a refund of the ticket price, except in cases where this is legally established .


When this is the case, the purchaser of the ticket may request a refund of the amount of the same within a period not exceeding fourteen (14) days from the date on which the cancellation is effective organization of the event and in the manner specified by NOMAD FESTIVAL for this purpose. NOMAD FESTIVAL may offer the purchaser, in lieu of the refund, a substitute voucher or voucher for entry to a later event with similar characteristics to the canceled one, at no additional cost, which in any case will be subject to the acceptance of the purchaser.

In the event that the purchaser does not accept the voucher or substitute voucher referred to, NOMAD FESTIVAL will proceed to refund the amount paid by the purchaser for entry to the event, except for the expenses incurred, in accordance with the procedure established by NOMAD FESTIVAL

The right to refund the amount of the tickets will not be generated in the cases in which the suspension or modification occurs once the event has started and is due to fortuitous causes or force majeure.


Access and stay in the event area will only be possible with the prior accreditation of the purchased ticket, which the Organization scans to verify it. Attendees must identify themselves with ID or an equivalent identification document if the Organization so requests. Attendees must also keep their tickets during their stay at the venues.


In the case of the Nomad Festival Xperience, held in Riudecols, the ticket will entitle the holder to access to all areas of the event, except the wine area and the wine tasting activities which have a separate ticket .
Outside these areas, it is not allowed to leave the premises. If you want to exit and re-enter, you will need to purchase a new ticket.


NOMAD FESTIVAL may refuse access to the event if the tickets are damaged, torn, incomplete or show signs of forgery, reproduction or resale. Also, NOMAD FESTIVAL will prevent access or stay in the premises to people who: 


a) Manifest violent attitudes or that publicly incite hatred, violence, or discrimination for reasons of birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other social or personal condition or circumstance , and in particular, to those who behave aggressively or cause disturbances outside or at the entrance, to those who carry weapons or objects capable of being used as such and to those who wear clothes, objects or symbols that incite to violence or assume an apology for activities contrary to the fundamental rights recognized in the Constitution.
b) They show symptoms of intoxication or that they are consuming drugs or narcotic substances or show symptoms of having consumed them.
c) Disobey the instructions provided by the Organization in terms of health and safety and/or create a situation of risk or danger for themselves or for third parties.

NOMAD FESTIVAL reserves the right of admission under the provisions of Decree 112/2010, of August 31, which approves the Regulation of public shows and recreational activities. Pursuant to the provisions of the applicable regulations, NOMAD FESTIVAL reserves the right to register, for security reasons, attendees who access the premises and their belongings, which may be subjected to a check of bags, rucksacks and other personal effects. It is also prohibited inside the premises: 

- The entry of any type of drink, container or object that the Organization may consider dangerous or harmful.

– The entry of reflex and video cameras and other photographic or video material of a professional nature (tripods, objects, among others).

- The entry of objects that may be considered dangerous or that are prohibited by current regulations.

- The consumption of narcotic substances.

- The sale of alcohol and tobacco to minors under the age of 18, in accordance with current legislation.


NOMAD FESTIVAL will not offer a cloakroom service.

Attendees must scrupulously follow all the rules, indications and safety instructions that are indicated by NOMAD FESTIVAL and/or all those that are applicable following diligence and appropriate precautionary measures.


Attendees must respect the provisions of this section at all times. Failure to comply may be grounds for expulsion from the premises without any right to any compensation and without prejudice to the administrative or criminal responsibilities that may correspond. 


The access regime for minors to NOMAD FESTIVAL Sabadell, which takes place at the Sabadell Fair, is as follows:

Children from 0 to 2 years old have free entry.
Children between the ages of 3 and 12 (inclusive) must pay the children's ticket and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Children under the age of 14 and 15 must buy the normal ticket and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Minors from 16 years of age: must buy the normal ticket and can access the site without accompaniment or authorization.


The access of minors to any of the NOMAD FESTIVAL events will require showing the ticket at the access control to the venue. In the event that accompanying the minor is a requirement to access the premises, the father, mother or legal guardian must present the DNI and family book or equivalent legal document attesting to the relationship between the accompanying person and the minor. The minor and the accompanying person, if applicable, must carry the DNI or equivalent identification document at all times in case the Organization requires proof of their identity.

In the event that the minor's companion is neither the father, nor the mother, nor the legal guardian, the companion must present an authorization signed by the minor's father, mother or legal guardian, together with a photocopy of the child's ID father, mother or legal guardian and the family book or equivalent legal document that certifies the relationship of the authorizing person with the minor. 

In any case, the person responsible for the minor must sign a Festival liability waiver document, which will be provided for this purpose at the entrance to the venues and which can be downloaded directly from this link. The companion will be responsible for any action or omission of the minor during the stay in the premises.



Except for prior and express authorization from the Organization, any filming, recording or capturing of images inside the premises for non-strictly personal use is prohibited. In the event that attendees fail to comply with this obligation, they will fully assume any responsibility that may arise against third parties for the capture and non-consensual use of any image inside the premises.


NOMAD FESTIVAL reserves all intellectual, industrial or similar property rights. Consequently, and with the exception of the uses expressly necessary for the use of the services contracted by the users, the use, reproduction, transmission, transformation, disclosure, publication, processing, distribution, public communication or any other exploitation of these rights of any way by users.

The acquisition and/or possession of the entrance and access to and stay in the premises does not give the holder or third parties the right to use it or its content for advertising, marketing or promotional purposes (including contests, gifts and /or sweepstakes) associated with the ticket holder or third parties.


These activities may be tracked on the Internet in order to determine relevant liability.


The user will be solely responsible before NOMAD FESTIVAL and third parties for any infringement of intellectual property rights, industrial or of a similar nature.

Without prejudice to the reservation of the right of NOMAD FESTIVAL to initiate the corresponding legal actions in case of non-compliance with any of the previous obligations, the user undertakes in case of non-compliance to make effective a penalty equivalent to a thousand times the price of entry.


The promoter of the event or, if applicable, the manager of the public space where it takes place may carry out video surveillance of the premises. In this sense, it is reported that any recorded video image may be used as evidence of the commission of illegal conduct or any personal or material damage. The images can be transferred to the forces and security bodies of the State, as well as to the courts or other competent bodies.


NOMAD FESTIVAL makes available to users a section on its website with related useful information. In any case, interested users can make inquiries and/or request the corresponding claim forms by email to the email, which will also be available at the venue of the festival and at NOMAD FESTIVAL's registered office.


NOMAD FESTIVAL does not guarantee the authenticity or assume any responsibility in relation to tickets that have not been purchased through the official telematic or in-person points of sale.

The corresponding payment for the purchase of tickets through the NOMAD FESTIVAL website will be made through an external payment platform that is not owned by NOMAD FESTIVAL and consequently, the latter is not responsible for the purchase charges made by these platforms or possible ticket refunds.

NOMAD FESTIVAL is not responsible for damages of any nature arising from the lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the website and/or the services enabled through it due to causes beyond NOMAD FESTIVAL, nor from the use that users do.

Users will be solely and fully responsible for all the data they communicate or provide to NOMAD FESTIVAL.


Each user is responsible for safeguarding their entry and must assume the resulting responsibility in the event that it is duplicated, photocopied or falsified. NOMAD FESTIVAL is not responsible for any lost or stolen tickets.


NOMAD FESTIVAL will not be responsible in any case for the damages, losses, costs or expenses suffered by the attendees or third parties as a result of non-compliance or defective compliance with the safety rules, indications or instructions indicated by NOMAD FESTIVAL.

NOMAD FESTIVAL will not offer any cloakroom service and will in no case be responsible for the loss or theft of attendees' personal items during their access to and stay in the premises due to actions or omissions of third parties not attributable to NOMAD FESTIVAL.

Attendees will be solely responsible to NOMAD FESTIVAL and third parties for any damage, damage or injury they cause during their access to and stay in the grounds. In this regard, the companions of children under the age of sixteen will be responsible for any conduct or action they may carry out.


All prices shown on the website include applicable taxes.

The hiring language will be determined according to the language chosen by the user.


This document, which is accepted by the user, is archived in the NOMAD FESTIVAL computer system and the user will have access to it for a period of one month.

NOMAD FESTIVAL reserves the right to cancel or modify any of the present general conditions of purchase and terms and conditions of service. In this case, he will make it known to the attending public by email and will inform through the channels he considers appropriate for this purpose.


These general conditions of purchase and terms and conditions of service are governed by common Spanish law.


Any dispute that may arise arising from the contractual relationship will be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Sabadell (Barcelona, Spain).
